Next week, Constantine Kitsopoulos, conductor and musical director of the Queens Symphony Orchestra, makes his debut with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra.

As part of “The Art of the Score: Film Week at the Philharmonic,” Kitsopoulos conducts two performances of “Hitchcock!” featuring scores from “North by Northwest,” “Dial M for Murder,” “Vertigo” and more.

Kitsopoulos, now in his sixth year at the helm of the QSO, takes the baton at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center, on Tuesday, Sept. 17 and Wednesday, Sept. 18
