It’s almost time to pick yourself up from the couch and get moving during Dance Week 2014.
Across the five boroughs, dance studios, businesses, students and volunteers will offer free or discounted dance and fitness classes during the 10-day festival.
In Queens, you can sign up for salsa lessons at Dancing Feet in Forest Hills, a ballet barre fitness class at Pilates Bodies NY in Fresh Meadows or a variety of Zumba and other fitness classes at Vibez Studio in Bayside.
The third annual event kicks — or is that line kicks? — off June 19 and runs through June 28.
